You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery. The product should be returned to us in its original packaging with a scannable barcode. Once you ship the item back to us, return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note; if you return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
In the event that your item arrived damaged or defective, we are more than happy to arrange for a prompt replacement without a shipping charge.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to:
- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Personalized Items
- Items Marked "Non-Returnable", which will be clearly indicated on the Product Page prior to placing your order
Holiday Return Policy
Because of the unique characteristics of the holiday period, customers have until January 31 to return orders placed between November 1 and December 25. However, as per our Return Policy, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in packaging all products securely so that they arrive to you in a manner that exceeds your expectations. We manage this process not only by taking extra care in wrapping, packaging, and shipping, but also on the inbound side, where we employ a heavy emphasis on product quality control and inspections. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please contact us within 30 days at CS@FortheChef.com. We would be more than happy to send you replacement parts as quickly as possible.
